We have multiple options to get your business using recycled packaging materials;

Conversion

Through our Research and Design service, we can design new shoulders for your VFFS forming set, converting it to run recycled packaging film, allowing you to continue using your existing forming sets. This conversion can be completed as part of our refurbishment service, which you can learn more about here.

Bespoke

Alternatively, we can design and manufacture a bespoke forming set that has been customised to run your sustainable packaging of choice.
