PPMA Show Success for BagForm

Last week, BagForm International took another milestone step with our debut appearance at the PPMA Show. We exhibited alongside our parent company, Alway Loughborough and our sister companies, Aqualine by Alway and HSP. Held from the 26th to the 28th of September, the PPMA show provided a fantastic platform to showcase our high-quality Made in Britain VFFS forming sets and an excellent opportunity for our team to network and make new connections within the industry,

Introducing Our Game-Changing VFFS Forming Set

Our presence at the PPMA Show was marked by the launch of our latest innovation – a patent-pending VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) forming set featuring an innovative back seal solution. This advancement holds the potential to revolutionise packaging by enhancing packaging quality without minimising efficiency. You can find more information on our back seal solution here.

Collaboration Takes Center Stage

One of the most notable aspects of our presence at the PPMA Show was our collaboration with our parent company, Alway, and sister companies Aqualine by Alway and HSP. This unified front demonstrated our collective strength and shared commitment within the Alway Group, emphasising a holistic approach to packaging solutions.

We also had one of our VFFS forming sets on display with our industry colleagues, Lako, who also attended the PPMA show, promoting their range of sealing solutions.

PPMA and Beyond

Following the success of this year’s show, we are excited to announce that we will return to the PPMA show in 2024. You can also join us at Empack from the 21st and 22nd of February at the Birmingham NEC and Snackex from the 19th to the 20th of June in Stockholm, where we will team up and exhibit with our industry colleagues, Lako.

Ady Dewar, Operations Manager, said, “BagForm International’s presence at the PPMA show has put our business firmly on the map. It has been a great opportunity for us to network and connect with new businesses and for people to see the quality of our VFFS solutions in person.

Alan Beverley, Global Sales and Business Development Manager, said, “It was great to see faces old and new and introduce them to the BagForm brand and products. Our innovative patent pending back seal solution generated a lot of interest, and I cannot wait to see it out in operation. I look forward to our next shows at Empack and Snackex.

Our participation at the 2023 PPMA Show reflects our dedication to innovation, quality, and collaboration within the packaging industry. Our patent-pending VFFS forming set and back seal solution signifies our commitment to driving positive change in packaging practices and providing our customers with high-quality, value-focused solutions manufactured in Great Britain.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited our stand and made the show a success. We look forward to seeing and speaking to everyone soon.
