BagForm International Price Promise Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to BagForm International’s Price Promise. BagForm International is a trading name of Alway Loughborough Ltd. By participating in our Price Promise, you agree to the following terms:
1. Price Promise Scope
BagForm International’s Price Promise guarantees to beat the price of any UK-based manufacturer of forming sets for like-for-like products, provided that the specific criteria outlined below are met.
2. Eligibility Criteria
The competitor’s forming set product must be identical in specifications, materials, and quality to the BagForm International forming set product for which the Price Promise is requested.
The competing price must be provided by a company that manufactures forming sets within the United Kingdom.
BagForm International requires a valid, paid-for invoice from the competitor that is dated within the last 12 months from the date of the Price Promise claim.
3. Submission Requirements
To submit a Price Promise request, customers must present a copy of the qualifying competitor’s paid invoice as proof of purchase and price.
BagForm International reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of the provided invoice before processing the Price Promise.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
This Price Promise is limited to forming set products and does not apply to any other product categories offered by BagForm International.
BagForm International will not match or beat prices from companies that are not based in the UK or that do not manufacture forming sets within the UK.
The Price Promise applies only to items that are currently available for sale by both BagForm International and the competitor at the time of the claim.
5. Modification and Termination of Offer
BagForm International reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Price Promise at any time without prior notice.
The Price Promise offer is valid until April 30, 2025, unless otherwise extended or terminated by BagForm International.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting BagForm International’s Price Promise, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
BagForm International reserves the right to reject any Price Promise claim that does not meet these terms and conditions.
